Canton Berne with the Card Management System BlueX
The Canton Berne relies on Ergonomics und AET for its Card Management System
The multi-function cards for employees and contractors of the canton are issued and managed centrally by the office for information technology and organization (KAIO). This task has been supported by a card management system (CMS) for some time.
The canton Bern is using the CMS BlueX from the Dutch security company AET. Ergonomics - as an AET partner - has been chartered with the ongoing support of the comprehensive software solution.
The CMS is used to personalize and issue cards for 5000 employees and contractors. During the life-cycle, cards are being replaced or deactivated. Thanks to the integration of the CMS into the existing IT environment, manual handling is reduced and processes are streamlined.
